Lead Dispersion

Once a lead is verified, depending upon the availability of client and realtor, we do set up appointments or facilitate direct live transfers. Our support team also send the lead information directly to realtor through text and email. Although, we understand that not every lead is a perfect fit. Therefore, realtors have the option to decline leads under the following conditions:

  • The lead is outside of the realtor’s service area

  • The contact information is invalid, or unresponsive
